The Silly Yak

The Silly Yak is a gluten free cottage bakery specializing in breads and pastries in North Branch. We have a diagnosed Celiac as well as a suspected Celiac living in our household so we know the dangers of cross contamination and are vigilant at reading labels to be gluten aware. In the food allergen world, you hear a lot of "it's good for being gluten free" but we strive to have a great tasting product. Plain and simple - gluten or no gluten. We want your whole family to enjoy our breads and treats!

Many of our products can be made to suit other allergens such as egg, dairy, soy, and nut.
