Are you licensed?
I am a registered cottage food operator and am registered with the state of Illinois. I 
am a certified food safe manager in compliance with the Illinois Cottage Food law. I am a home bakery, which means I create my products in my home kitchen not inspected by a health department and may also process common food allergens.

Can you make allergen or lifestyle friendly items?
I can make gluten-friendly cookies, but I am not a gluten free home. I cannot guarantee a gluten-free product, but can do my best to ensure a gluten-friendly cookie. Additionally, I can make vegan products. Both items are available for a small additional fee.

How long can I keep the cookies?
Sugar cookies will remain fresh in the package for up to two weeks at room temperature. Sugar cookies can also be frozen by placing the cookie in a ziplock bag or Tupperware in the original packaging. Remove from freezer and place unopened on the counter 3-5 hours before planning to enjoy. 
Gourmet drop cookies will remain fresh in the package for 3-5 days at room temperature. These cookies can also be frozen using the above technique.
