From custom cookies and decadent cakes to cupcakes, pies, and rustic sourdough, everything that comes out of my kitchen is made to bring joy—straight from our home to yours.

A little more about me:

After spending 14 years in the restaurant industry, I knew it was time to take a step back and create a more fulfilling path for myself. In 2019, I made that shift—just before the world pressed pause. During that season of stillness, I found myself returning to a lifelong passion: baking. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of spending time in the kitchen with my grandfather, and that love for creating something special quickly became the heart of my next chapter.

In 2021, Sweet C’s Confections was born. What started as a small home bakery soon grew into a registered, certified food producer here in Minnesota.  In 2022, I expanded my small business by adding in public and private cookie decorating classes. By 2025, I took the leap to dedicate myself fully to this dream, turning my passion into a microbakery that focuses on hand-crafted, from-scratch creations made with care and high-quality ingredients.
