Thistle Dew Acres

I'm Sam Dahl, the master herbalist, baker and creator of Thistle Dew Acres, LLC. I grew up walking around barefoot on my family's farm in rural Minnesota. Since 2020, as with many, my priorities shifted. I became focused on how to incorporate nature in everyday life and how to have fun doing it. I continue to figure out new ways to use self-foraged items for my farmstead, baked items, dips and more. I use 100% cotton and other natural fibers as well. 

Thistle Dew Acres became a reality in 2021 when we purchased a house nestled in the rolling hills just south of the Twin Cities. I have always had a passion of nature and baking. In 2024, I took the leap to pursue this full-time! In addition, I want to get people excited about creating things and getting back to nature. By hosting workshops, I hope to bring a little nature into everyone's life to fill not only their body, but their souls too.
